Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows for any product to be returned to us, unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of it being received by you. Please include the packing slip / a note with your order number - we cannot process a refund without it. Once returned to us and inspected, we will notify you of the processing of your refund. If returning for an exchange, please specify the required replacement including type, size, colour, and length (if applicable). If the returned item is deemed worn or damaged, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund/exchange, and postage back to you will incur a fee. If your product arrived damaged or incurs a manufacturing fault within 30 days, please contact us on the platform where you made your purchase quoting your order number.
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You can return your order to us using the process above.
If you ordered the incorrect item or have changed your mind, you are responsible for shipping across the entire returns process. If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly suggest that the return is accompanied by a tracking number. If a your return parcel is lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider, not Accessories Gifts UK. Shipping costs are unable to be refunded, or credited.
