Orders placed before 3:30pm (GTM) weekdays are dispatched same day.

Orders placed at the weekends or UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery within the UK:
Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 24 and takes 1-2 business days. It includes a free delivery confirmation tracking number, however, it is not a fully-tracked service. The tracking number will not update any information until the package is delivered. Please note that a high volume of shipments and local COVID-19 restrictions may cause delivery delays that are beyond our control.

Delivery to Europe:
Standard shipping is not tracked and takes 5-11 business days to arrive via your national postal carrier. Please note that a high volume of shipments, local COVID-19 restrictions, and an increase in border controls may cause delivery delays that are beyond our control.
