How to personalise

  1. Count the names you would like included and select the matching heart-count price band.
  2. Enter every name in the numbered order shown in the layout guide, separated by commas.
  3. Enter the wording you would like engraved on the ribbon, such as “Our Family”, “My Grandchildren” or “Our Great-Grandchildren”.
  4. Check all spelling carefully before adding the lamp to your basket.

Names containing two capitalised parts or a hyphen—such as “Uncle Bob” or “Daisy-May”—may be stacked across two lines to keep the engraving clear and balanced.

Care

Insert the acrylic panel straight into the base without forcing it or inserting it at an angle. Clean gently with a soft microfibre cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

Natural wood grain and the appearance of the engraving may vary slightly, making every finished lamp unique.

Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 24. It includes a free delivery confirmation tracking number, however, it is not a fully-tracked service. The tracking number will not update any information until the package is delivered.

  • Express international: 3-5 business days £7.49

Standard shipping is not tracked and will arrive via your national postal carrier.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows for any product to be returned to us, unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of it being received by you. Please include the packing slip / a note with your order number - we cannot process a refund without it. Once returned to us and inspected, we will notify you of the processing of your refund. If returning for an exchange, please specify the required replacement including type, size, colour, and length (if applicable). If the returned item is deemed worn or damaged, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund/exchange, and postage back to you will incur a fee. If your product arrived damaged or incurs a manufacturing fault within 30 days, please contact us on the platform where you made your purchase quoting your order number.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You can return your order to us using the process above.

RETURN SHIPPING
If you ordered the incorrect item or have changed your mind, you are responsible for shipping across the entire returns process. If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly suggest that the return is accompanied by a tracking number. If your return parcel is lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the shipping provider, not Accessories Gifts UK. Shipping costs are unable to be refunded, or credited.
