Please note the heart is laser cut from acrylic, although it is 4mm thick it should be handled with care and inserted into the base straight (not at an angle), and without using strong force. The acrylic piece should be cleaned gently with a soft microfibre cloth. Using chemicals or abrasives may cause scratches and damage to the surface.

Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 24. It includes a free delivery confirmation tracking number, however, it is not a fully-tracked service. The tracking number will not update any information until the package is delivered.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows for any product to be returned to us, unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of it being received by you. Please include the packing slip / a note with your order number - we cannot process a refund without it. Once returned to us and inspected, we will notify you of the processing of your refund. If returning for an exchange, please specify the required replacement including type, size, colour, and length (if applicable). If the returned item is deemed worn or damaged, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund/exchange, and postage back to you will incur a fee. If you ordered the incorrect item or have changed your mind, you are responsible for shipping across the entire returns process. If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly suggest that the return is accompanied by a tracking number.
