Our Satisfaction Guarantee allows for any product to be returned to us, unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of it being received by you. Please include the packing slip / a note with your order number - we cannot process a refund without it. Once returned to us and inspected, we will notify you of the processing of your refund. If returning for an exchange, please specify the required replacement including type, size, colour, and length (if applicable).
